Delete Your Ambassador Account

Delete in the app
Sign in to Ambassador, open Profile, select Delete Account and confirm. The app requests deletion of the account and associated cloud data before reporting success.
Request deletion without the app
Email brandonmatthews1982@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Ambassador account. Use the subject “Ambassador account deletion”. State that you want your Ambassador account and associated data deleted. Do not send your password. We may ask you to verify ownership to protect your account.
What is deleted
Your Firebase sign-in account, cloud learning progress, notes, practice history, preferences, submitted AI reports and account-linked usage records are deleted. The in-app flow also clears account-linked local data on that installation. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your cloud account.
Separate retention
Provider security logs, backups or records that must be retained by law may follow separate retention periods. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
